## Ordering
- MOQ depends on the model and the customisation, at four levels: samples of stock models; stock product (small wholesale orders, mixed-model trials negotiable); logo and packaging (higher, set by printing minimums); full custom development (project-specific).
- Lead time depends on the product. As a guide, counted from order placement and payment: samples 3–5 days, standard bulk orders 20–25 days, bulk orders with a custom logo or custom packaging 25–30 days. Shipping transit is additional; the proforma invoice states the dated completion estimate.
- Payment: the cost of goods in full when the order is placed; every other quoted charge in full before shipment.
- Samples are quoted as one combined goods-and-shipping amount.
- The quotation confirms the seller and invoice issuer.
