Is TUODI a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Shenzhen Tuodi Electronics Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2007 and runs its own 3,800 m² facility in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with around 60 staff covering R&D, SMT, assembly and quality control. This website is the factory's overseas sales channel — you deal with one team from enquiry to delivery, and you are welcome to verify the factory on a video call or in person.
What does the factory actually make?
LED motion-sensor lights (cabinet, wardrobe, stair and display lighting), PIR and microwave-radar sensor switches and modules, white noise machines, nursery night lights, rechargeable camping and work lights, and touchless faucet adapters. The sensing electronics are designed in-house — the company started as a sensor-switch maker in 2005 and holds 63 Chinese and 16 international patents.
What is the MOQ?
It depends on the model and how much customisation you need. Stock designs with your logo start much lower than fully custom builds, and mixed-model trial orders are negotiable. Send the model and your target quantity on WhatsApp and you'll get a concrete number rather than a generic one.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — sampling before a production order is the normal flow, and for OEM projects production only starts against a sample you have confirmed. Sample cost and lead time are quoted per model.
Which certifications do the products carry?
Certification is model- and market-specific. TUODI products are certified under CE, RoHS, FCC, PSE (Japan) and UKCA schemes, with ErP energy documentation for the EU; rechargeable products ship with the applicable UN 38.3 battery transport documents. Tell us the model and destination country and we send the actual certificates — and if a model is not yet certified for your market, we say so and quote the certification path.
Do you do OEM / private label?
Yes — most customers do. Logo printing or engraving, custom colourways, giftbox and blister packaging, multi-language manuals, sensing-behaviour tuning, sound-library changes on white-noise products, and full custom development from your drawing or sample. See the

What are the lead times?
Confirmed together with your quotation — they vary by model, quantity and season, so we would rather commit to a real date than advertise one that fits nobody. Samples typically move much faster than production runs.
How does shipping work?
The international sales desk coordinates export end to end: FOB Shenzhen is the standard basis, and sea or air door-to-door delivery to your market can be arranged on request, including battery-goods documentation. You can also nominate your own forwarder.
Can I audit the factory?
Yes. A live video walk-through of the production lines, SMT room and test lab can usually be arranged within days; in-person visits are welcome — the factory is about 40 minutes from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. Third-party inspection of production orders is supported.
Where does TUODI export today?
Roughly 68% of output is exported, with buyers across North and South America, Europe, Southeast and East Asia, Africa and Oceania. TUODI has exhibited at international lighting fairs including IstanbulLight in Turkey and lighting expos in Russia.
How fast will I get a reply?
Within one business day, usually much faster. WhatsApp is the quickest channel — include the model, quantity and destination country and the first reply will already contain substance, not a form response.
